Information involved
When you buy, Stripe processes the checkout and provides us with order information such as payment status, amount, currency, purchase time, and the contact details you enter. We do not receive your full card number.
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, thread history, and any files or details you choose to send. The web server also creates ordinary security and access logs, which can include an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, and browser information.
How information is used
- Verify orders and deliver or renew time-limited download links.
- Answer support requests and provide eligible Product 01 updates.
- Process and verify refunds, disputes, or suspected fraud.
- Measure store performance using first-party traffic and order records.
- Secure the service and meet recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers
Stripe provides payment processing. AgentMail provides the support inbox. Hostinger and the MADPANDA3D infrastructure host the store. These providers process information as needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking
The storefront does not include third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social tracking scripts. It accepts a limited first-party source tag to understand which MADPANDA3D channel led to checkout. Stripe may use its own technologies after you leave this site for checkout.
Retention and disclosure
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We may disclose information to service providers performing these functions, when required by law, or when needed to protect customers, the store, or our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Your request
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information connected to the store, email support@shop.madpanda3d.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
Changes
We may update this notice when the store or its providers change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
