Seller and acceptance
The store is operated by MADPANDA3D. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms, the refund policy, and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
Digital product license
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal or internal business operations. You may adapt worksheets and prompts for that internal use. You may not resell, publish, share, sublicense, or distribute the original files or substantially equivalent copies.
Versioned lifetime updates
Product 01 buyers may access future revisions to the AI Operator Stack at no additional product charge for as long as Product 01 remains offered. “Lifetime” refers to the offered life of Product 01, not the lifetime of any person or business. This benefit does not include custom implementation work, consulting, third-party costs, or separate future products.
Payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe processes payment. Delivery is made electronically through a time-limited link sent to the checkout email address. You are responsible for entering an address you can access and for keeping delivery links private.
Refunds
The Product 01 refund window is 14 calendar days from purchase, subject to the full refund policy and any mandatory rights that apply.
No guaranteed outcome
The product provides educational information, templates, and operating guidance. It does not guarantee revenue, savings, compliance, security, uptime, or any specific business result. You remain responsible for reviewing workflows, protecting credentials and customer information, and deciding what systems may act for your business.
Third-party tools
The guide may discuss third-party products. Those products can change, may have separate fees and terms, and are not controlled by MADPANDA3D. Product references are not a promise that a third-party service will remain available or suitable for your use.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update product content, suspend access needed to address a security or payment problem, or stop offering a product. These terms may also change for future purchases. The posted date identifies the current version.
