You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback can help us improve the product.
How to request it
Email support@shop.madpanda3d.com from the email address used at checkout. Include the purchase date so we can locate and verify the order. Do not send full card details.
What happens next
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will only tell you a refund succeeded after the payment provider confirms it. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Product access may be disabled after a refund.
After 14 days
Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed only when the download was materially defective, the order was duplicated, or applicable law requires a different result.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
