Hermes handles routine order, delivery, update, and refund support through the store inbox. Complex account, payment-dispute, legal, or security issues are escalated to a person.

Email the store

Include the email address used at checkout, your order date, and a short description of what happened. Never email passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or full payment-card details.

Need a fresh download link? Ask for a link renewal from the same email address used for the order. Delivery links expire after seven days for security.

Latest Product 01 version

Confirmation of the current version and access to eligible Product 01 revisions.

REFUNDS

14-day refund request

Request handling under the published refund policy, followed by confirmation after the payment provider reports success.
